Very disappointed

My plans changed just 50 hours before Im scheduled to check in. So I needed to change the dates on my room reservation. The woman was absolutely no help when I called. I am very disappointed with this app. This is my first time getting a hotel room in Vegas, so I chose to go through this app. Will not be making that same mistake again.
